Finally fans of KHROPHUS can stop waiting for news of new work. The band entered the studio last weekend to record a new album.
Not yet titled, the new album will contain 10 new songs, and present a more mature and direct KHROPHUS, adding even more weight and speed to the compositions. The work is being recorded at Studio AML, in Florianópolis, and production is entrusted to the renowned Alexei Leão (Stormental), who also produced ‘Presages’.
After each recording session, the band will release short videos from studio for fans to follow the main stages of work.
The new material will be the successor to the acclaimed ‘Presages’, 2009, definitely the album that put Khrophus in the path of upward Death Metal bands from Brazil, earning tours in Europe, northeastern of Brazil, a Wacken Metal Battle final and many positive reviews.
Adriano Ribeiro comments all the expectation around the new work: “We are very excited and pleased with this new job! In recent years we’ve matured a lot, and the band is more refined than ever. I think that metalheads will like”.

Enfim os fãs podem parar de esperar por notícias do novo trabalho do KHROPHUS. A banda entrou em estúdio no último fim de semana, para a gravação de seu novo álbum.
Ainda não intitulado, o novo disco conterá 10 músicas inéditas, e apresentará um KHROPHUS mais maduro e direto, adicionando ainda mais peso e velocidade às composições. O trabalho está sendo gravado no AML Estúdio, em Florianópolis, e a produção está a cargo do renomado Alexei Leão (Stormental), que também produziu ‘Presages’.
Após cada sessão de gravação, a banda irá liberar pequenos vídeos de estúdio para os fãs acompanharem as principais etapas do trabalho.
O novo material será o sucessor do aclamado ‘Presages’, de 2009, álbum que colocou definitivamente o Khrophus na rota das ascendentes bandas de Death Metal do Brasil, rendendo turnês pela Europa, pelo nordeste brasileiro, uma final no Wacken Metal Battle e muitas resenhas positivas.
Adriano Ribeiro comenta toda a expectativa em volta do novo trabalho: “Estamos muito empolgados e satisfeitos com esse novo trabalho! Nestes últimos anos nós amadurecemos muito, e a banda está mais afinada do que nunca. Acredito que os headbangers vão gostar!”.
